Vuokratyössä Sihti toimii työnantajanasi, mutta työskentelet asiakasyrityksessämme. Me huolehdimme työsuhteeseen liittyvistä asioista, kuten palkanmaksusta, työterveyshuollosta ja työsuhteen hallinnosta.
Työskentelet osana asiakasyrityksen työyhteisöä ja saat samalla Sihdin tuen koko työsuhteen ajan. Vuokratyö voi myös toimia polkuna vakituiseen työhön.

Sihdin kautta voit työllistyä monipuolisiin tehtäviin esimerkiksi:
- rakennusalalla

- asennus- ja projektitehtävissä

Kyllä. Työmaatyöskentelyssä tarvitaan laadukkaat ja turvalliset varusteet, ja Sihti huolehtii, että työvarusteesi ovat kunnossa ennen työn aloittamista.

Se riippuu tehtävästä. Osa tehtävistä edellyttää aikaisempaa kokemusta tai alan koulutusta, mutta tarjolla on myös tehtäviä, joissa motivaatio ja hyvä asenne ovat tärkeintä. Vastaanotamme mielellämme myös avoimia työhakemuksia, jos et löydä sopivaa työtä avoimista työpaikoistamme.
